Downloading camera videos.
I'm using iPhone 5s, OSX 10.9.9, can't sync videos from phone to Macbook.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you're unable to import videos from your iPhone to your Mac. Pictures and videos are the most important content on my iPhone. I know how important it is to be able to to save them in other locations. I am happy to help.
